Left front side has bad rusr almost making a complete circle, while the driver side has minor, so does this pretty much mean it's the end of the road for her?
Hardly any body shops here want to even touch it because of the suspension liability issue and other stuff.. So is it time to part out and move on?

Anything can be repaired (at most extreme, by cutting out the rust and welding in new metal), but this would take a lot of labor. It just depends how much you love the car. It's almost certainly not worth it based on the book value. But my own car is worth far more to me than some "book" says it's worth...
